XDA Developers is a mobile software development community and authority on Android development. It was founded by developers, for developers. We were tasked with doing a full UX/UI design process, migration, and building them a native app. We helped manage the migration from vBulletin to XenForo and, considering its size of over 10 million members, it was as seamless as we could have hoped for. This project included:

• Full UI/UX design process for all essential views

• Large migration from vBulletin to XenForo 2

• Creation of custom themes

• A search function that pulls forums, devices, and threads

• Add-ons

• Upgrade assistance including answering bug reports and keeping the community informed
