Importer Tool

To import data to [TH] Reactions Plus, navigate to ACP → Tools → Data maintenance → Import data. Choose the importer and then follow the prompted steps.

Rebuild content reaction cache

Rebuilding the content reaction cache will help if reactions aren’t showing correctly. To rebuild the content reaction cache, navigate to ACP → Tools → Data maintenance → Rebuild caches and find “Rebuild content reaction cache”. Then choose the content type and number of items to process per page.
