Team Spotlight: Dalton

Meet Dalton, customer service at Audentio.

Dalton is lead on customer service and communications organization within our team. On a daily basis, Dalton tests our upcoming product line, answers customer support questions, and creates product support materials for our regular digital products.

What’s your favorite part of the job?

I would say the chance to test out all of our digital products before anyone else can. That includes communicating with our regular customers to see what they think of our products and what could be added next.

What advice would you give someone looking to enter a creative field?

I would say two things:

  • Always be prepared for constrictive criticism, bad reviews, and issues that may pop up at anytime.
  • Never be afraid to dig deep into a product. Rather it be to find bugs, glitches, or regular error pop-ups that wouldn't be expected when using that product normally.

In product management, you can't always expect a product to be perfect. No matter how well developed that product is your always gonna experience issues. But in the end at least you can be proud of a well tested digital product.

What are your favorite hobbies/interests outside of work?

Outside of work, I can be seen gaming, testing out different pieces of software, and hanging out with family.
